
I made a few flavors last night. This is the best.
250g chickpeas blended with enough cooking liquid to make them blendable
Add
1T fermented Big Thai chili paste
2 cloves garlic blended in
2T Rice vinegar and
2T Mirin
Soy sauce to taste
Strain and top with toasted sesame oil
I’ll add green onion slices when serving.
