    Maybe splitting the croissant in half and making a normal sandwich with produce and not absolutely drowning in fat.

    Considering how croissants are made, to be light and airy, smashing two of them into one another to create a hard bun seems like a sin.

    He’s basically making a version of the Lebanese pita bread with meat. We call it arayes. The meat cooks and all.

    It’s actually delicious. But the sauce at the end makes it idiotic because he extremely over do it.

    Otherwise this dish with pita bread stuffed meat is amazing.

    Wouldn’t call it stupid food

    Side note; we usually don’t add cheese to it.

    Honestly I’d eat it if they didn’t use the sauce ON it. A nice, flaky bun would be nice on a burger, but not like this, not drowning in ketchup and mayonnaise.

    Why using a pastry with sugar inside instead of regular hamburger bread (bun ?)? It’s disgusting just imaginning the taste of it. It has nothing to do in a hamburger.
