
Recipe for 4 persons:
- about 400 gr om linguini
- 4 shallots
- 140 gr sardines
- 400 gr fresh spinach
- 200 gr passata
- 1 organic lemon
- fresh basil
- splash of red wine
- 4 cloves of garlic (or if you like less, but I always like a lot)
- black peper and salt to taste
- Cook the linguini al dente
- Chop the shallots and garlic. Heat up a pan and use the oil of the sardines in the pan and throw in the shallots, garlic and zest of the lemon
- Put in the spinach
- Put in the passata, a splash of red wine and some cooking water from the linguini
(Also put in lots of fresh black peper and salt to taste) - Chop the sardines and remove bone
- Throw in the sardines
- Chop basil
- Throw in the linguini
- If it’s done, throw in the basil
- Enjoy!
