Recipe for 4 persons:

  • about 400 gr om linguini
  • 4 shallots
  • 140 gr sardines
  • 400 gr fresh spinach
  • 200 gr passata
  • 1 organic lemon
  • fresh basil
  • splash of red wine
  • 4 cloves of garlic (or if you like less, but I always like a lot)
  • black peper and salt to taste
  1. Cook the linguini al dente
  2. Chop the shallots and garlic. Heat up a pan and use the oil of the sardines in the pan and throw in the shallots, garlic and zest of the lemon
  3. Put in the spinach
  4. Put in the passata, a splash of red wine and some cooking water from the linguini
    (Also put in lots of fresh black peper and salt to taste)
  5. Chop the sardines and remove bone
  6. Throw in the sardines
  7. Chop basil
  8. Throw in the linguini
  9. If it’s done, throw in the basil
  10. Enjoy!
