
was the worst ham to start out with was just all falling apart so had to kabob and tie up some. looking good now turkey at 142 almost ready to pull and rest everything. surprised the ham didn't burn up faster then the turkey, tho some darker spots nothing burnt past a little bbq char.

I am sorry to say but the SPIRAL ham will be tough and dry. SPIRAL ham can NOT be spiral cut Unless already FULLY cooked. It is a’heat&eat’ style meat. Read The Entire Label please.
I learned early on that what you gain in convenience from a spiral ham, you sacrifice in edibility.
