140 ml warm water (not 200) Fixed! 7g active dry yeast. Mix thoroughly. Let rest for 10 minutes. 250g all-purpose flour. ½ tbsp salt. 1 tbsp sugar. Mix dry ingredients to aerate the flour. Make a well in the center for the yeast mixture. See how frothy it is? That means the yeast is perfectly active! 3 tbsp olive oil. Knead the dough. The dough should be soft, smooth, and not stick to your hands. Coat the dough and bowl with olive oil. Cover with a towel and let rise in a warm place for 1-1.5 hours.
Prep the pan: grease it generously with olive oil. Punch down the risen dough. Stretch and dimple the dough with your fingers across the pan, creating classic focaccia indentations. Has anyone actually tried this recipe before commenting on it? I made the dough exactly as shown, with the measures exactly as given. It was so liquid I could literally pour it into a glass. I had to add another almost 200 gm of flour just to get it to come together as a dough.

this looks delicious but the toppings, especially the tomatos, look a bit burned (I might be wrong though, sometimes the video makes things look a bit darker) and you might wanna put a bit less toppings on it next time … I use fresh tomatoes and press them a bit deeper into the dough with my fingers which lessens the risk of burning them … and baking a focaccia in such a bowl is never a godd idea, much better (and easier) to put it directly onto parchment paper, whether you make it in a traditional oven or an Airfryer … the finished focaccia doesn't look as fluffy as it should be, it does look a bit like if it's not completely baked, but again, maybe I'm wrong, thanks anyway for taking the time to share this with us ❤
