

Hosted the in laws tn. Made some (to me) amazing pulled pork. 250 ish for 6 hours, foil pan + foil cover for 2+ hours till 205. Drained the juice before shredding and added back to correct wetness. Added some additional Texas Sugar and Voodoo seasoning once shredded and mixed in. 10/10. Open to thoughts, suggestions.

Looks great. Got a butt on now. 275 for 6 hours. Gonna let it ride a little longer to get that deep bark
Looks pretty good to me. When adding back dripping to wet… think about maybe adding a little bbq at that time too.
