  1. What charcoal basket is that? Looks like it’d be good for rotisserie with a few holes to let some heat sneak out the side (compared to SnS). What’s the reason for the reservoir in the outer edge?

    Absolutely delicious. Definitely worth it first 30 minutes in to trim off the burnt ends for an appetizer and give it a more cylindrical shape.

    Using the two smaller Weber baskets placed further away with a drip tray in the center will help catch the grease and stop it from making that gurgling noise!
