Cooper sharp, ribeye, and fried onions on a seeded is legitimately the greatest form the cheesesteak has ever seen. What is anyone in here talking about? I live in Philly and this looks like 80% of the most delicious cheesesteaks I’ve had in the greater Philly area.
Go look at Angelo’s, John’s Roast Pork, Jim’s, or Del Rossi’s in Philly. Look at Curly’s in Levittown. Look at Lillo’s, Dar’s, or Brooklyn in South Jersey. They all look like this or similar. A cheesesteak is not a beautiful looking sandwich but god damn is it a delicious one.
No one in here has a damn clue what they’re talking about.
