If you love pasta but want something quick and tasty, you need to make this sausage rietoni. It’s only five ingredients, has minimal prep, and ready in less than 15 minutes. Remove the casin from the sausages and then roughly break them up. Finally, slice the garlic. Then get the pasta into some salted boiling water and let this cook for about 10 minutes. I am going to move it cuz I’ll knock it over. Get some olive oil into your pan. Add the sausage. Cook until it’s golden and crispy. Then add garlic, chili flakes, salt, and black pepper. Let this cook for 30 seconds. Then pour in tin tomatoes. Scrape up the flavor from the bottom of the pan. Let it simmer for 5 minutes. Add a splash of pasta water and some parmesan. Stir it through. Add the pasta. Mixy mixy. Then finish with more Parmesan. Look at that. That is absolutely banging.

  2. Listen man, I really really love your videos but I think that you should make videos that are not only about eating out less and making low-calorie and quick Foods maybe just make recipes that are for food not specifically healthy or quick but this is just my opinion ❤❤

  3. Why take the casings off the sausages?, just curious, couldn’t you just use chopped sausages or air fry separately, love your videos Max😊

  4. Made this with my son yesterday. He loved it! I will add he doesn’t try new things, but after watching the video, and making the pasta together, he ate and said it was the best pasta he’s ever had!

  5. Hmm… I'm thinking a teaspoon of fennel seeds in the oil with the chilli flakes to kick off with. Probably just imagining American 'Italian Sausage'

  6. Then put it in the oven for half an hour with some extra cheese on the top just until the top of the pasta is starting to go a bit crispy. Makes it even better. Trust me.

  7. I'm sorry but why does every meal have to have chilli/peppers ect in it, ruins the flavour of everything else

  8. Another banger…made tonight for dinner…wife loved it! Definitely getting "absolutely banging" later this evening 🙏🏼

  9. My wife does something similar but without the tomato when I'm too tired to cook for the family. It's become a family tradition. She looks at me after I've done a long shift and am clearly not up to much and tells me it's going to be Italian sausage pasta tonight, whether I agree or not. 🙄
