This is my go-to. I put it on practically everything. It has a good sharp bite but is still tame enough that you can actually shake the bottle onto your food to apply it. Great citrus flavor plus the heat, so it pairs well with just about anything. I order this stuff 2-3 bottles at a time lol.

Really nice stuff. Supports local in Ashville Nc as well – they’re still a healing community after Helene.
Their milder version is also quite nice.
What’s your favorite meat to pair with this one?
Mom got me some as a souvenir from N. Carolina not too long ago, I liked it a lot. There’s some bite from the Reaper but plenty of flavor as well.
