I have this from the Healthy canning website… is it safe to make without the added pectin/calcium water? (Aka the recipe of just water, Sucralose, cranberries?)

Also based on safe substitutions lists, it should be fine adding 1tsp of spices right?

Also I have seen that there are many people on here who use OJ subbing for water – I haven’t seen a source for that, anyone have one?

I assume it would be ok to use OJ due to it being very high acid.
