I (kind of) fast in the morning, have a flat white (around 35 kcal) and a ginger and lemon tea.
Then lunch (first pic) was 1000 kcal
Another coffee after lunch ( just coffee and 50ml of milk)
And I'm missing a picture of one apple for a snack.
Dinner was rice bowl with a chicken thigh stew with lots of onions and a big side of salad. ( 450 kcal)
