A question I get all the time is how I fit 10 of these double loaf pans into my oven at one time. The key is to just have enough vertical space in your oven. Obviously, if you’re you have a smaller oven, you might be able to only get like four to five. If I didn’t have just enough vertical height in here, I’d only be able to fit five in my own personal oven. I fit three vertical in the back and then two horizontal in the front and it works every time. Turns out great bread like this. We’ll see you next time. Have a good one.

  2. Bạn ơi, không cần làm nóng khuôn trước khi cho bột vào nướng như là dùng nồi gang Hà Lan à?

  3. I love that I figured out loaves do not have to be baked in cast iron pans or Dutch ovens. They waste heat and take forever to heat up. I use airbake pans and love how they turn out. I haven't ever tried to bake more than 3 at a time, but now I will.

  4. Looks fantastic. Is there a ratio for the sourdough? I have the starter. I’d like to make small crunchier bread.

  5. What type of oven do you have?
    • Is the element only on the bottom or on both top and bottom?
    • Do you use static or fan-assisted mode?

  6. Is there really no cast iron loaf pans? Why is everyone baking healthy breads with toxic aluminum loaf pans. WAKE UP PEOPLE
