Don’t bring the same green bean casserole. Bring these garlic parmesan green beans. They’re delicious and they’re done in under 15 minutes. Slice your garlic. Don’t mince it. We’re going to blanch the green beans. Throw them in an ice water bath. This is going to give them that crunchy texture. We’re going to sauté the garlic. You’re going to do it thinly sliced so you get that flavor throughout the oil, but not burnt garlic. Going to add the green beans to the pan. Saute them for a few minutes with salt and pepper. Uhm… counter suggestion – can I please have delicious, creamy, green bean casserole? Toss the brussel sprouts in garlic and cheese if you must, but leave my beans be!
How come you dont cut the ends?.. .. do you just eat them?
