I’ve done stuff like that before, but I was babysitting multiple kids of different ages and cut them for portion control. Plus the kids loved their “crazy” style pizza nights.
If I got that at a restaurant and it was not some gimmick restaurant where I was expecting something silly, I would question it and laugh than eat it. Would make a fun picture to show others, but I’d care more about taste and quality than anything else.
