What should we do with them? I have 3 bags this size. Wondering how I would go about smoking them? and other ideas?

  1. Duck stock. There’s not much meat on those bones but they’re FULL of collagen

    I wouldnt smoke them, I’d either fry them and serve them with asian flavors or make stock with them
