Went on opening night at their new location in Sunset Valley, at the Leona Cafe Bar. I’m very happy for their success and highly recommend!

Got their signature dish the Pad Kapow, which is ground pork over rice with Thai chili peppers, oil, basil, and topped with a fried egg.

For those who ever went to the food truck on the east side or at Radio, you know they used to run out of food most nights. But they did not run out of food on opening night, a sign of a new operation scaled for volume.

The trade-off is that the Pad Kapow used to cost $13.75 at the Radio Food Truck and is now $17 at the brick-and-mortar. That’s a worth while trade to know they’ll have it when you get there.

Sorry no food pics it was too dark out!
