Hi all! I messaged a week or two ago asking where people are getting their thanksgiving pies this year. You all gave me beautiful suggestions! I just wanted to pop in with somewhere I found that honestly may be my pie go to here!
I took my god daughter out in Lincoln park and we stopped at Vanille Patisserie for a hot chocolate. I noticed they had their thanksgiving pie menu advertised and I decided to take a look. I LOVED how the pies all looked. One of the employees behind the counter looked at me and said “they’re finishing up filming some social media content with some actual pies if you’d like to see how they look in person!” I didn’t take a picture of every pie because I didn’t want to come off as intrusive, but my gosh look how beautiful these look! Pictured is the Nutella French silk pie and the cranberry orange meringue pie.
Vanille is also doing something called “pie with a purpose” where they will donate one pie for every 10 sold. I feel like with everything that’s happening in our country, this is so important! They told me they are taking pie orders for the day before thanksgiving until this Sunday at midnight! They also have dinner rolls and other lovely thanksgiving decorated desserts!
