Shangri-La Eros New Delhi is set to celebrate the vibrant flavors of Southern Italy this November, as one Michelin-starred Chef Riccardo Sculli returns to Sorrento for an exclusive five-day culinary event from November 26 to 30, 2025. Inspired by the idyllic coastal region of Calabria, where the land and sea converge in perfect harmony, this pop-up event offers guests a unique chance to indulge in Chef Sculli’s masterful interpretations of purity, authenticity, and refined simplicity in Italian cuisine.

Sorrento, the acclaimed Italian restaurant at Shangri-La Eros, which has earned the prestigious Golden Q award from Ospitalità Italiana, continues to set the standard for fine Italian dining in the city. Known for its meticulous craftsmanship and commitment to using the finest natural ingredients, Sorrento stands as a beacon of excellence in the culinary world.

Chef Sculli now invites guests to experience his unique culinary vision, bringing a fresh yet familiar dining adventure to Delhi. This collaboration blends traditional influences with contemporary flair, offering a journey that feels both timeless and modern, anchored in heritage but with a distinctly forward-thinking approach.

At his Michelin-starred Gambero Rosso, located along Calabria’s stunning coastline, Chef Sculli has redefined Southern Italian cuisine with a philosophy rooted in integrity. His cooking doesn’t start with recipes; it begins with the rhythms of nature — the catch of the day brought in by local fishermen and the seasonal bounty harvested from the fields. Here, the sea sets the menu, and each dish reflects the changing seasons. The carefully curated set menu takes diners on a sensory journey through Calabria’s coastal heart. To start, guests can choose from dishes like Cold Tuna Tataki or a fresh Marinated Vegetable Salad. The primi course features Chef Sculli’s signature creations such as Risotto with Hokkaido Scallops or hand-rolled Tortello filled with Ricotta and Aubergine. For the secondo, options include Farm-Raised Chicken Breast with Organic Carrot and Ginger, Pan-Seared Lamb Rack with Cauliflower and Hazelnut, or the hearty Eggplant Parmigiana for vegetarians. The meal concludes with indulgent dolce choices, such as a decadent Hazelnut, Cocoa, and Vanilla creation or the classic Coffee Panna Cotta.

For those seeking a more personalized experience, the à la carte menu showcases Chef Sculli’s signature dishes in their full splendor. Highlights include Tiger Prawns paired with Sea Urchin Emulsion and Burrata, Saffron Lobster with Raspberries and Soya, and Spaghetti with Prawns and Black Winter Truffle. Other standout offerings include Chilean Sea Bass with White Asparagus and Pan-Seared Lamb Rack. For both lunch and dinner, guests can choose between a set menu or an à la carte selection. The set menu is priced at INR 5000, exclusive of taxes, while those seeking a more refined experience with wine pairings can opt for the wine-accompanied menu, available at INR 7500, plus taxes.
