The aromas, stories, and traditions of Central Greece’s vineyards come together once more this autumn, as the Central Wine Fair returns on Monday 24 November 2025, this time in a new and elegant setting, the emblematic Aigli Zappeiou, right in the heart of Athens. The beloved annual event—already a staple for professionals and wine enthusiasts alike—promises its most expansive edition yet, with producers from across Attica, Sterea Ellada (Central Greece), and Thessaly showcasing the richness of their land.
From 12:00 to 21:00, visitors will have the chance to explore an all-day journey through regional styles, native varieties, innovative techniques, and winemaking stories that reflect both heritage and modern creativity. With more than 60 participating wineries and hundreds of labels, this year’s fair sets a new milestone in scale and ambition.

A Three-Region Journey in a Single Day
The 2025 edition shines a spotlight on the remarkable diversity of Central Greece. Exhibitors bring everything from characterful Savatiano and vibrant Assyrtiko to expressive Limniona, local blends, international varieties, and small-batch distillates. It is a panorama of terroirs—coastal, mountainous, continental—expressed through wines that honor tradition and embrace contemporary craftsmanship.

The fair acts as an open, lively tasting space, ideal for those who love to explore, compare, learn, and meet the people behind the bottles. Whether one is discovering new wineries or revisiting familiar favorites, the experience invites slow appreciation and personal connections.
Themed Tasting Tables
A highlight of this year’s program is a series of themed tasting tables dedicated to the distinct identity of each region.
