Another Steak Au Poivre, Another Great Night

Overcooked a little, but not as much as it looks like in the pic.

The way I overcooked it was so dumb, but just a heads up, if you forget to preheat your oven, and you’re using a tool like a Meater that tells you when to pull the steak, don’t put them in while it’s preheating. The Meater is slow to respond to changes in ambient temp. My fault.
