Picked some (I believe) Tabasco peppers from the neighbors garden. These things are HOT. so I made a pepper sauce. I’m not sure if I used enough peppers, but I’ll find out!

Put peppers in jar. Then bring some white vinegar to a boil (I just used the microwave and a measuring cup), add a pinch of table salt, and pour over the peppers. Will take about a month or 2 before it’s ready.

It would be faster to just boil, blender, and strain.

Edit:faster as in being ready to use.

I make a lot of hot sauce. This is like no hot sauce I’ve ever made. Good luck. Make sure you blend it.

This is chili pepper water, not hot sauce. Very common in Hawaii, it’s considered a local condiment.
