TikTok recipes are pretty much never safe. Safe canning recipes need to be tested in a laboratory setting to ensure that they will be safe as a shelf stable product. If you want to make this sauce I would recommend freezing it for long term storage, or making only what you will use in a few days and keeping it in the fridge.
