Mélange offers a Thanksgiving dinner shaped for those missing home-cooked meals and familiar holiday traditions. The vegetarian menu includes homemade lasagna, herb rice, and smoked butternut squash soup with dinner rolls, while the non-vegetarian offerings feature roasted turkey with cranberry sauce, sweet potato, lamb shanks, glazed Brussels sprouts, and caramelised baby carrots. Desserts include traditional pecan pie, zuppa inglese, and other nostalgic sweet plates. The menu runs for one day only, crafted as a warm, generous holiday table.

A bright Cranberry Jus ties the plate together with a gentle tang. The sides are as considered as the main event. Maple Chilli Crisp Brussels Sprouts bring a sweet–spicy crunch, while the Potatoes Au Gratin with Rosemary and Parmesan come creamy, warm, and caramelised from the oven. Dessert includes a soft, layered Cinnamon and Cranberry Croissant Pudding and a Caramel & U.S. Pecan Tart, both offering cosy, seasonal sweetness.
