  1. Kunafa Cheesecake – Ingredients

    For Fresh Paneer / Cream Cheese Base
    • 450 ml milk
    • 1 tsp vinegar (mixed with a little water)

    For Pistachio Butter
    • A handful of pistachios
    • 1/4 cup condensed milk

    For Kunafa Base
    • Vermicelli (as needed)
    • 1–2 tsp pistachio butter

    For Cheesecake Layer
    • Prepared paneer (from above)
    • 150 g cream cheese
    • Remaining pistachio butter
    • 3 tsp powdered sugar (adjust to taste)

    For Chocolate Ganache
    • Fresh cream
    • Dark or milk chocolate

    For Garnish
    • Chopped pistachios

    ✨ Procedure

    1. Prepare Paneer
    • Heat 250 ml milk.
    • Add vinegar water to curdle.
    • Strain and keep aside.

    2. Make Pistachio Butter
    • Blend pistachios + 1/4 cup condensed milk until smooth.

    3. Make Kunafa Base
    • Dry-roast vermicelli until golden.
    • Mix in 1–2 tsp pistachio butter.
    • Set this mixture as the base in a container.

    4. Make Cheesecake Layer
    • In a bowl, combine:
    • Prepared paneer
    • 150 g cream cheese
    • Remaining pistachio butter
    • Powdered sugar
    • Blend or whisk until creamy.
    • Pour this mixture over the kunafa base.
    • Freeze for 5–6 hours or until set.

    5. Make Chocolate Ganache
    • Heat fresh cream and pour over chopped chocolate.
    • Mix until smooth.

    6. Final Assembly
    • Pour ganache over the set cheesecake.
    • Garnish with pistachios.
    • Chill for 5–10 minutes.
