Ingredients
• 1 lb Brussels sprouts, trimmed & halved
• 4–6 slices thick-cut bacon, diced
• 1 tbsp olive oil (if needed)
• Salt & black pepper to taste
• 1 tbsp balsamic glaze (optional)

Instructions
    1.    In a large skillet, cook diced bacon over medium heat until crispy.
    2.    Remove bacon with a slotted spoon, leaving the rendered fat in the pan.
    3.    Add Brussels sprouts to the hot bacon fat (add olive oil only if needed).
    4.    Cook over medium-high heat for 10–15 minutes, stirring occasionally, until browned and tender-crisp.
    5.    Season with salt and black pepper.
    6.    Stir in crispy bacon; add balsamic glaze before serving if you want that sweet-tangy finish.

Quick. Comforting. Zero leftovers. This one earns a permanent spot in the holiday side rotation.
