    I mean this with all due respect but have you considered using more Mediterranean diet recipes vs putting a bunch of separate ingredients on a plate?

    Gorgeous! I tend toward a wetter breakfast, i.e. steel cut oats with fresh or freshly stewed fruit, cinnamon, oat milk or cashew/coconut yogurt (or both).
