    At what temperature did you pull from the oven? Also your method to sear? Temp and time?

    That looks like the original MEATER probe. I’ve used the MEATER block for years. Game changer.

    Upgraded to the new Block with probes safe for up to 1000F. Love it!

    The rack setup is smart. It helps the air circulate so much better when you’re trying to get a steady internal temp. Curious how the probe handled the thicker side.
