Last time everyone told me it needed more pepe and in the video it looked like the Italian guy used a hell lot of it, so I did too…

It ended up tasting like pure pepper 😭 I had to throw it away because it was seriously uneatable 😖

But at least the sauce turned out pretty well :/

  1. My first cacio e pepe was just like that, the great thing about this recipe is that it costs barely nothing to make so you can get a lot of practice!
