Did one container of coal cook the meat on 4/4? I don’t know what I’m doing, but my coals always go out if I use that much. I’ll wait until they are all ashed over and dump em in with the vents wide open and still run in to issues.

Yea it was about 3/4 a chimney… I’ve had best results using B&B briquettes…

Bout to crush 5 lbs of wings on my kettle. Literally fool proof. Smoked a rack of ribs yesterday. I have 2 kettles and a smokey joe. I will never need anything else.
