



Loved the combi and was going for more of a cold tuna pasta kind of vibe but didn’t get the right noodles, still tasted bombz anyway. The yogurt and tuna combo was rlly good and i LOVE shrimp so the shrimp just elevated the taste. I also heavily seasoned the noodles so it was flavourful. EASY 27g of protein.

Instructions:
– wash the konjac noodles to get rid of the smell if it affects you
– cook the konjac noodles in a pan or pot at low heat, making it drier helps get rid of the chewy texture and helps it retain flavours better
– I seasoned the noodles heavy with MSG, black pepper and garlic pepper to my liking
– in a separate bowl add your shrimp, yogurt and tuna
– once the noodles are dry enough add it to your bowl and mix!
Loved how filling it was for so little calories and lots of protein, i was basically eating protein.
