I’m no wine connoisseur ….. but I do pretend to be knowledgeable about wines. I know what I like, I love trying new varieties and throw the occasion wine tasting party.
This wine has made me irrationally angry and sad now that it’s all gone. IT. WAS. INCREDIBLE !!
It was rated as a 99 point wine (where I’m located, I’m sure it has other scores elsewhere) and for only $18 you know I snagged it up.
What other recommendations do you have for wines or varieties that are similar to this bottle??

Primitivo = Zinfandel

If you like Italian Primitivo, chances are you’ll enjoy Zinfandel from USA. Try Ridge Lytton Springs, a predominantly Zinfandel blend that will have the same lush fruit. Cheers!
