I recently hosted a Friendsgiving and I decided to make a very unseasonal cake lol. I made lemon cake with lemon simply syrup, filled with rings of lemon curd and strawberry jam, and finally, iced and decorated with strawberry buttercream. Other guests were bringing pumpkin related desserts and I wanted some variety haha. I’m now realizing I should’ve gotten a picture of the cross section😖

I thought this was a new flavor of pink Oreo at first, the piping is so symmetrical and I intricate. Beautifully done and sounds delicious! I love the idea of these flavors in the fall.
