We finally tested out the potatoes I prepped and froze a couple months ago! Tossed the frozen fries in a bit of vegetable oil and seasoning salt, then airfried for about 25min at 400, tossing in the middle. They were so tasty! Crispy on the outside, soft on the inside, and lighter than fries cooked in oil! Served with Costco Lightly breaded Chicken Chunks

    I found potatoes for $0.10
/lb at our local store this fall. I bought 30lbs. Cut, blanched and froze them on sheets before bagging them. Turns out potatoes are an easy prep and I’ll do it again next sale!!

Idk why those bags being labeled potatoes is so funny to me

I do baked potatoes like this. I’ll buy a big bag of russets, scrub them, poke them all over, wrap each in foil and then bake. When done and cooled, they go into the freezer still wrapped in foil. It’s great to just grab one for work. When ready to eat, remove the foil, wrap the frozen potato in a paper towel, and microwave for a few minutes depending on the size of the potato.
