As an appetizer, she loves preparing an easy garlic cheese dip.

For dessert, the Merryweather Inn pear ginger bars are perfectly spiced for the season.

Koralia is also getting the Merryweather Inn’s Spirit of the Lights display ready to open. The public is invited to wander through the lights on the grounds of the bed and breakfast from 5-9:30 p.m. Dec. 1-31.
