we live in a van full time. honestly i don't think it can get any better than this with such limited space.
coffee machine is powered with a 2000W inverter, grinder is powered with USB C (100W PD). the espresso quality (we mostly use a fruity light to medium roast) is very good – although most of the time we drink flat whites. during heat-up power is around 800W, during steaming, it is up to 1500W (flow-through heating)

What kind of power supply do you have?
I have the Zuriga as well (Gen 2) and I’m really happy with it. Reliable results with a super compact footprint
