
1/4 cup Steel cut oatmeal
1/2 cup wild frozen blueberries
A tablespoon or 2 of Hemp hearts
A handful of pumpkin seeds
Quarter honey crisp apple
Tablespoon (I think?) Ground flaxseed
A dollop of Greek Yoghurt
1 tsp cinnamon
Cook the steel cut oatmeal in 1 cup water
Add the cinnamon while cooking
Add the blueberries near the end!
Add in your toppings!
I ate it all in 6 minutes and now I’m too full but it was delicious!
