I have the Breville, and I love it. It bakes evenly with no hot spots every time. You can fit jelly roll pans (up to 16″ long) in the Breville, which is pretty big for a countertop oven. I have a [video review](https://youtu.be/Jk62bUYSfZQ) on YouTube for it if you want to know everything there is to know lol.

It looks like the Ninja can only fit pans up to 13″ long, so you’d have to use quarter sheet pans, and that will yield you less macs per tray. But it also has a smaller footprint on the countertop compared to the Breville.

I have the breville and I like it a lot but I haven’t tried making macrons in it specifically. It gets more use than my regular oven but I do notice that it runs a little hotter so I would also get an oven thermometer if you don’t already have one. Also the cutting board to sit on top is really hopeful for how much space it takes up.
