Dairyfree spinach artich choke dip that did not disappoint. Trigger game day week 2 is dip blitz. So here’s another recipe I whipped up. Serving this one with other options like my cheeseburger dip and guacamole had a little something for everyone. So let’s get into it. I started with a half a bag of frozen spinach thought out. Then used my paper towels to soak up an extra water. After a quick chop, it was into the cast iron before adding dairyfree cream cheese and some dairyfree sour cream. Next, I chopped up some artichokes before coming in with that secret dairyfree ingredient, nutritional yeast, to give it that cheesy nutty flavor. Capping it off with some trigger anything rub and a good mix, I had it ready to go on the smoker. With the hopper filled with signature blend, I ran this dip at 350 for about 25 minutes until it was bubbly and hot. I paired it with some gluten-free pita bread to give it that full effect.
