Planned to buy this machine last year but decided to stick with out breville barista pro for another year. Took advantage of whole latte loves sale for free flow control plus being “on sale”, got a little off chatting with sales support too which obviously was a plus. Two lattes made off of it so far and absolutely floored with how silky the milk is and quality of the shot. Happy is an understatement, upset I waited a year.

Is the retention in the grinder as bad as they say it is? >5g typically ?
