80g almond flour
50g all-purpose flour
150g powdered sugar
1 pinch of salt

Let me take you straight to France with one of my favorite French dessert, the fin. Today we’re giving it a twist with pistachio and raspberry. Start by making a burnette, melting butter in a pan until golden and nutty. In a bowl, mix almond flour, sugar, regular flour, and vanilla sugar. Add the egg whites, pistachio cream, and warm burns. Then fold in some raspberries. Pour the batter into molds. Top with extra raspberries and pistachios, and bake 15 minutes at 180°.
