I’ve been really enjoying chia seeds and Greek yogurt lately. Loaded up with fruit, it’s just so good. That creamy thickness is super indulgent, and you don’t need to add as much sweetener as you would with a typical chia pudding made with milk. This time, I swapped in applesauce, and it was surprisingly enjoyable. To keep it super easy, I just mix a whole container of thick Greek yogurt with a whole container of applesauce and about 1 tsp of chia seeds. Then, I add a generous sprinkle of cinnamon and, if you like, a drizzle of honey. After letting it sit for several hours or overnight, those chia seeds expand nicely.

That applesauce would be way to sugary for me – would give me a headache 🤕 rest of it is fine
