As someone who is limited in their resources for food, I'm continuing to use Hello Fresh, but it's getting ridiculous. I saw this listing for January 7th. This is the worst AI generated photo I've seen since they rolled it out! I also noticed that HF is forcing me to choose a 3rd meal for that week when I've always ordered 2. It won't even let me add on my free item for that week without making me select a 3rd meal. I'm not sure what I'm going to do at this point. This feels like the end of me subscribing to them.

Maybe it was. Maybe it wasn’t. But now I’m just starting to question it. And with questioning, I am also wondering, what am I getting out of hello fresh? If not for curated meals, then what? Is it groceries? Because I can just go to Instacart too…
This is a message to the leaders at Hello Fresh. Your brand has “Fresh” in it. It is not *Hello Fake*.
Divorce yourself of this AI nonsense. Don’t let the arrogant fools you’ve put in charge of this convince you somehow that being anti-AI is being a Luddite.

Stop buying their service if you really want to make an impact. I canceled about a year ago when they tried increasing the prices in my area without adjusting portion sizes.
I’m glad I canceled a long time ago, it seems they’ve gone downhill consistently. Maybe try factor or another meal service if you’re not able to shop or cook otherwise

The issue is they keep laying off the creative teams and using ai, the new ceo said with ai they cut down time working from 40 hours a task to 3 hours, they don’t care about people or you, they care about your money. Horrible company which is ruining people lives.
