Instead of a gift card, my sister asked for a Biscoff cheesecake.


Used Sally’s baked cheesecake recipe and was nervous of the water bath. I messed up a jiggly cheesecake recipe before, so this made me happy.

My mother who never says anything about what I baked before actually complimented this one, so I am doubly happy 🥹
