Eons Retools Concept and Returns in Montvale
Eons, the fast casual Mediterranean concept, is back in Montvale.
Back after a short closure, the restaurant is now Eons Stix, with “update menu options” and a revamped storefront.
Now all proteins are on skewers (or stix), with guests customizing their dishes with choice of base, spreads, toppings, dressings and proteins like chicken, salmon, shrimp and meatballs-veggie options like falafel are also available.
Everything continues to be made from scratch, under the guidance of former Varka (Ramsey) Executive Chef and partner George Georgiades.
It’s currently open seven days a week.
