I was planning a trip to Oma's bakery this weekend for some authentic German Brotchen rolls but learned they've closed down with 0 info about re-opening. Dimpflmeier and Brandt don't have the authentic rolls I'm looking for. Google just gives me a bunch of Hungarian/Jewish/Euro bakeries.
