My love of breakfast knows no bounds. Eggman might be the best breakfast sandwich I’ve ever had. It absolutely makes my personal Mt Rushmore of breakfast sandwiches.

Happened to sit next to the owner this AM, dude from Queens wanted to bring NYC bodega sandwich joint to Texas.

That son of a bitch…he did it. Highly recommended.
