I’m quite happy with today’s results. However, i still need to be able to reproduce similar results on a more consistent basis…

I would also like to know. My work flow is pretty consistent. I think it could be the resting or aging of the beans if you are getting freshly roasted beans. But I’m not sure. I’m a newb but have really liking my results so far
