Trying to get a relatively cheap pellet smoker . Looking up local sellers and found this one for $50 . Would you guys chance it as the seller claims to not know if the probe works?
Appears to be a pit boss but not sure of the model and seller also doesn't provide dimensions to see if it fits in my car lol

The probes are super cheap to replace. I would take a flyer on it for $50. It’ll be a great first grill.
That looks a bit too rough. I’d keep checking marketplace. People get rid of them in the winter and during spring cleaning. I got a great deal on mine that way.
For 50 bucks? Hell yeah!
Well, as long as they’d let me plug it in and turn it on. As long as the fan and auger work, everything else is pretty easy and affordable to fix/replace
PS – the $20 an hour Home Depot/Menards/Lowes rental trucks would carry it
