Memory unlcoked! I had this when I was a kid (decades ago) and couldn’t remember what it was called. My mom thought I was making it up and didn’t remember eating this at a hotel restaurant.

Looks legit tasty dude, Id destroy that whole tray in like 5 minutes. Crazy how doria is basically comfort food with rice but hits so hard.
